The automatic coating group builds the shell on coated peanuts, cracker nuts and coated kernels. Kernels are elevated and dosed by weight into the rotating pan; syrup is metered from the liquid tank through the spraying disc while powder is delivered by a vacuum feeder and screw into the pan, layer after layer, until target coating thickness is reached.
