Why Ultipower Tech

A Machine Supplier That Thinks in Production Lines

Most buyers do not need one machine — they need a finished product at a target capacity, at a target cost per tonne. We start from your product sample and work backwards to the layout, utilities and footprint.

What Our Lines Produce

Real output from machines built in our workshop — not stock photos. The same coating and roasting platform also runs honey-roasted, praline and candy-coated nuts.

Buyer Questions

What Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Can the machines be built for 60 Hz / 480 V (North America)?
Yes. Voltage and frequency are set before manufacture — 400 V/50 Hz for Europe, 480 V or 220 V/60 Hz for North America, 380 V/50 Hz standard. Tell us your destination country and grid at enquiry stage and motors, gearboxes and the control cabinet are specified accordingly. Retro-fitting after delivery is far more expensive, so this is confirmed in the contract drawing.
Which nuts and materials can these machines handle?
Peanuts (in-shell kernels, blanched kernels, half kernels), almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pistachios, macadamia, walnuts, sunflower and pumpkin kernels, broad beans, chickpeas, green peas, soybeans and puffed cereal cores. Roller gaps, airflow, pan geometry and roasting curve are matched to the kernel size and moisture of the material you actually run.
What documentation is supplied with an export order?
English operating manual, electrical wiring diagrams, layout drawing with foundation and utility points, spare-parts list with part numbers, and packing list. Tell us the destination market at enquiry stage and we will confirm in writing which compliance documents can be supplied for your specific order before you place it.
Can I send a sample of the product I want to make?
Yes — this is the fastest route to an accurate quotation. Send the finished snack (or clear photos plus the recipe outline) and your target kg/h. We reverse-engineer the process, return a machine list, floor layout and budget price, and can run your material on the machine in our workshop before shipment.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard single machines are normally 30–45 days after the technical drawing and deposit are confirmed. A complete turnkey line is normally 60–90 days depending on how many stations are involved and whether non-standard sizes or voltages are required. Exact dates are confirmed in the contract, not estimated here.
Do you provide installation, commissioning and training?
Video commissioning and remote guidance are included as standard: we walk your technician through mechanical setup, burner tuning, first roast curve and cleaning routine. On-site installation by our engineers can be arranged separately, with travel, visa and accommodation quoted for your location.
What is covered by the warranty?
Twelve months from date of purchase on core machines, covering manufacturing defects under normal operation. Not covered: incorrect operation, unauthorised modification or repair, damage from fire, flood, earthquake or abnormal supply voltage, damage from relocation after installation, non-original parts, and normal wear parts.
What is the smallest line you supply?
The rotary pan roaster runs 30–60 kg per batch (about 120–150 kg/h), which is the usual entry point for a startup or a pilot line. From there the same process scales up to continuous roasting at 200–300 kg/h and frying at 1000 kg/h without changing the recipe — so a pilot line can be extended rather than replaced.
